Complaint/Report(s) Format & Guide

Alright, before reporting please take the following into consideration.
IF it was OOC insults, were you actually offended In-Real-Life?
Did they do mental damage to someone OOCly?
Do you just hate the person and want to get them in trouble?

Did they disrupt multiple people's RP?
Did they piss off multiple people?

Some Rules....
Admins can not lock topics that they are involved in & can only lock a topic once it is resolved/dealt with.
Only the person who started the complaint and the person who the complaint is aimed at can reply. (admins can too.)

It is advised that you have at least one screen shot of evidence or any other form of evidence as it will support your claim.
If your evidence shows that you, the reporter are also breaking the rules. You, the report-er and the report-ee will both be punished.
